PowerSchool Passwords
If you have already received your PowerSchool passwords and are checking your student's grades and attendance on-line, please be aware that the grades you see on-line could be different from the grades you see on printed three-week grade checks. Teachers may have entered grades after grade checks were printed. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
PowerSchool is a system that allows you to check your students grades and
attendance on-line.
You (parent/guardian) must come into the office and present a picture ID to obtain the passwords, as we must be sure this information is kept confidential and secure. We cannot send passwords home with students, as the accounts cannot be changed if passwords are lost, stolen, or shared in any way. PowerSchool is a tool for your use, and is not intended to replace grade checks, report cards, or conferences with teachers. To check daily homework, please access each grade level's page on this website.
New Immunization Requirements
The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment Board of Health approved additional vaccine requirements for children in schools beginning in the 2007-2008 school year.
Tetanus/Diptheria/Pertussis (Tdap)
In Colorado, Tdap vaccine will be required for all 6th and 10th graders this upcoming school year, and in subsequent years, that schedule will include other grades. Please call your health care provider and make an appointment for this vaccine before the new school year begins. The school will need proof that your child has received this vaccination before entry into school for the year 2007-2008. If you do not have a health care provider or are unable to afford this vaccination, please contact the Pueblo City County Health Department for assistance at 583-4300.
If immunizations are against your religious or personal beliefs, you must sign the exemption on the reverse side of the Certificate of Immunization. If your child can not be immunized for medical reasons, a physician must sign the reverse side of the Certificate of Immunization.
